	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god

Chrome Favourite Manga One Punch Man	Toriyama's reason: Because he was iffy about having to draw a female Super Saiyan, and Pan was introduced very young and very late anyway. Toei's reason: Because her making a big breakthrough like that would take too much focus away from Goku. Goku explains how you need to have faith in yourself to do it, and that's how Goku Jr does it. Courage and all that. I feel like that's just spoken on a general level, and dismisses any 1/4 Saiyan blood talk.
